Silicon barium calcium aluminum
Description
(1)SiAlBaCa is the most effective deoxidizer and desulfurizer in the Barium alloy. It can reduce the oxygen in the steel and make the complicated oxide easier to flow from the molten steel, and pure the steel and improve its toughness.
(2)The temperature range of barium in the steel effectively reduces the vapor pressure of calcium, increases calcium solubility in molten steel.
(3)Compared with calcium alloy, calcium alloy with silicon barium liquid steel as a calcium source added, add the amount of calcium is calcium alloy adding even half the amount of time, the calcium content of the liquid steel is about twice the calcium alloy calcium in molten steel .
