This product is a kind of alloy that we add Calcium, Magnesium and Rare-earth to Ferrosilicon and also called as Magnesium alloy Nodulizer which is a good kind of Nodulizer. The nodulant produced by the advanced smelting technology is characterized by the densified structure, stable contents, equality without deflection and low content of MGO, as well as the stable spheroidizing reaction, high absorptivity of magnesium and long anti-failure time. After the spheroidizing treatment, the graphite ball is round and small, with little inclination.
1.Rare-Earth-Si-Mg alloy is a configuration of alloy that put RE, Mg, Ca in ferrosilicon, it is also called Magnesium alloy nodulizer. Rare-Earth-Mg-Si is a kind of good nodulizer. It has a big mechanical strength, the effect of deoxidization and desulfurization is strong.
2.It is used in the production of nodulizer, emulsifier and inoculants.
3.t is used in the additives and alloy agent that of iron casting and steelmaking.
