our company adopts special fine welding pipe for idler, and does punture prpcessing in the tube. The roundness is controlled in special tolerance scope.The axle is according to standard torlerance and manufactured by fine cold drag steel.

Belt Conveyor Carrying Roller Features:
a) Diameter range: 76mm-219mm, other diameters available on request.
b) Pipe length: From 180mm-3500mm
c) Material: Pipe, Q235 equal to S235JR(DIN); Shaft, 45# STEEL (GB) equal to C45(DIN)
d) Bearing: deep groove ball and double sealing bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance
e) Sealing: multi-stage labyrinth seals achieve waterproof and dust proof
f) Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors, grease is permanent lubricant.
g) Color: roller surface could be painted any color as per customer request.
h) Each roller would be through strict inspection and test to ensure every out coming roller is of true high quality.
