Map Tray Sealers

Introduction:

1) Modified atmosphere packing machine is widely used in packaging fresh food as meat, fish, fruit, vegetable, cooked meat, bakery food and so on. The food undertaken modified atmosphere packing, become more and more popular among food process factory and the distributor, because of keeping the original flavor, color, nutrition and prolonging the shelf life. The modified atmosphere package food develops very fast in the European and American market, with the annual increasing rate high up to 30%, and the total output exceeding 6 billion of trays.

2) Auto MAP tray sealer UTO-150BL adopts vacuum replacing way for fresh packaging with gas filling, It use vacuum pump to suck the air out from the tray, then fill mixed air which can extend the food fresh life. The sealing work is finished when inside and outside air pressure is the same. The oxygen level is very low in the tray under this kind packing way so as to solve the disadvantage of traditional washing compensation packing way is widely used for meat, fowl, fish, vegetable, fruit and other fresh food, cooked meat, bread and co on. The MAP packing can keep the taste, color, shape, nutrition of food well and extend the fresh life. Buyers can also select different model(MAP) according to their actual requirements.
