Heavy Duty movable racking
Structure:
Back to back pallet racking, as a unit, is fixed on a movable base, lined in multiple units in a warehouse;
rollers and motors are equipped to a base, and by pressing the control buttons, motors will drive the base along with pallet racking moving on belts.
The base walks along the ground rails (or on magnetic strips instead of rails) so that there is enough space to be spared between racking for forklifts to go inside.

Controlled by computer to operate automatically, semi-automatically or manually by wire or wireless;
To customize WMS as per client's requirement and to interface with upper computer.

No limit to loading sequence.
Suitable for storing few types of goods in large quantity, especially for cold storage and explosion-proof storage.
Safety Equipment:
Bumper and warning sensor are equipped.
Alternate detection of racks and detection device at both sides of rail to be equipped.
Frequency speed-regulating motor, Over current and over-loading protection of motor.
Move and start warning, operation indicating with flashing, Alarm buzzing when starting and operating.
