Cantilever Racking
Cantilever racks are designed for the safe and organised storage of long and heavy loads - ideal for timber or metal storage. Our cantilever rack systems are an effective and efficient alternative to conventional lighter weight storage solutions.
Cantilever racking provides an excellent solution to storing irregular or long items, such as furniture, tubing, lumber, etc.
This is achieved by eliminating obstructions in the front of the rack and providing a clear opening in the front of the rack in lengths as long as desired. Tower spacing, upright capacity, and arm capacity are critical for a safe and proper system. It is widely used in mechanical manufacture and architecture material supermarket enterprises

Design Character :
The Base
- A horizontal base is bolted to a column
- Horizontal base use expansion anchor bolts to connect the floor
- Base made from High Tensile Steel
- If needed ,we will use Stiffener to increase the capacity.
The Arm
- Cantilever arms are the heart of the rack system.Proper selection can make or break a successful storage plan.
- Arms can be adjusted on 3"/4" centers up and down the upright
