How to eat

  1. Boil 2L water
  2. Pull 1bag ( for two people) of noodle and unravel them while 2 minutes high flame boiling.
  3. Keep boiling them about 16-18 minutes (it depends on how chewy you want)
  4. wash noodle with water and put into bowl add things you would like ( green onion, ginger tube, Tempura bits, lemon essence)
  5. add 50ml water or boiled water to soup
