Trouble shooting
1.Fault: wear or scoring caused by inadequate or no lubrication.
Cause: Oil does not reach the impact structure of the DTH hammer.
2.Fault:Impact the lubrication device,Increase oil if necessary,Or increase oil dosage.
Cause:a> Air way is throttled or blocked.
b>Too much clearance between the piston and the internal cylinder,or between the piston and the external cylinder,or between the piston and the air distributor.
c> The DTH hammer is dogged by impurities.
d>Piston failure or foot valve failure.
3.Fault:Lost drill bit and driver chuck.
Cause:Impact mechanism was operated with out right-hand rotation.
