1) Sample: 7~10days after confirming details.
2) Bulk order: 20~30days after approval of pre-production samples.
Payment:
1) Sample: 100% prepaid by T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Cash. Sample making charges can be fully refunded after real order placed.
2) Bulk order: 30% deposit prepaid against order. Payment can be made by T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Cash etc. The balance should be received after pre-shipment inspection.

1) Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer with design team.
2) Q: Can you do customized product with special color and logo based on your design?
A: Yes, we can. But the MOQ should be over 500pcs.
3) Q: Can you customize new model of the product?
A: Yes, we can. But you should prepay the fee of the sampling charge. Then we may refund that fee depending on your bulk order.
4) Q: How long will it take to make new styles of the products and finish proceeds bulk order?
A: about 1 month.
