Matters needed attention about product using
1,Select appropriate varieties, specifications and quantities of agate beads
according to the requirements of abrasive material’s viscosity,hardness, ball mill volume to dispersed particle size and grinding ,
2,Cleaning agate beads and grinding the inner wall of the barrel before grinding;(General speaking,cleaning with clean water or brine.The washing method, please see manual.)
3, First must put grind material into a grinding machine barrel.Then put the right amount of agate beads. After grinding machine running, gradually add agate beads. Filling volumes can be calculated according to the proportion of abrasive materials and grinding material density. (Usually 45% -55% of the volume of the cylinder grinder. )
4.Do not let the agate beads long-running in the the grinding machine under the condition of lack of material . Otherwise, agate beads is easily shattered in high-speed operation of the grinder .
5, After grinding machine running for a period of time , it is appropriated to add agate beads to ensure the quality and performance of the grinding.
