Outstanding wear-resistant performance: the working face of is high alumina ceramics, the hardness of which is second to diamond, so it has excellent wear-resistance.

Optimum impact resistance: Compared with ordinary ceramic tiles, the  hydrocyclones porous alumina plate is of high hardness by integral forming process,the slurry wouldn't permeate through it.Moreover,the process of isotatic pressing dry powder is favorable to the uniformity of ceramic crystal structure.
The best choice for hydrocyclone:  When cyclone is at work,the high speed revolve of materials generates great centrifugal force,the inner wall of cyclone is eroded and worn severely.One-piece alumina ceramic cone is used as wear resistant lining in cyclone for its high hardness,strength,abrasion resistance and economic practicality.
