NT799R spray Polyester putty

A very easy sanding two component spray finishing putty. composition based on modified polyester polymer. The filler has a balanced thixotrophy and excellent flow and filling properties enable it to be applied over large irregular areas filling both small and deeper imperfection(pinholes and sanding marks) easily.

It has excellent adhesion to metal, polyester filler and GRP parts, only for use on bare steel surfaces, not for use on zinc and aluminium surfaces. Aluminum and galvanized steel must be preprimed with Epoxy Primer。

All surfaces should be sanded before application. It has an extremely high filling capability and the ability to apply think coats.

The filler hardens to a pinhole free, dense and tack free surface with makes it easy to sand(minimum paper clogging). After application the surface has a fine homogeneous structure. It supplied with liquid peroxide hardener and D780 polyester thinner.

Caution: Do not use this product over a thermoplastic acrylic system or 1K paint system primed surfaces.
