Carbonization depth anticorrosive wood is excellent performance making it modified wood
with beautiful color and environment-friendly, it is widely used inteerior decoration, wall,
kitch, sauna room decoration, furniture etc.
1. Size stability: Through ultra high temperature of 180-250 degrees pyrolysis processment,
the hydrophilic functional groups in the wood cell is completely destroyed, hygroscopic
alcohol is broken down, moisture absorption, water absorption and balance moisture content
decreased significantly, thus the dimensional stability of lumber is greatly improved.
2. Corrosion resistance: due to ultra high temperature pyrolysis processing, sugar, starch,
hemicellulose etc were degradated, resin is volatilized, cut off the food chain of mildew
bacteria,rot fungus, insect of decay, microorganism to have a better anticorrosion performance.
3. Environmental friendly: ultra high temperature pyrolysis process without any chemical agents,
is the modified wood which is most environmental friendly and good for human health.
4. Colour and lustre is beautiful: the ultra high temperature homogeneous carbonizing
processing can make natural log to teak color, or the color of the rare tree species. can
change the tone according to different purpose and personal likes. It has long-term effect
and better appreciation.
5. Easy for processing and finishing: due to high temperature processed wood high stability,
and the extract has been volatilized,So it is more conducive for digging, cutting, sawing, surface
gluing such surface finishing.
