5. Quality control:
No pith, no permitted machine marks, no fibre tear or skip-dressing, no raise
grain, but must be smooth, sanded finish on all four-faces.
6. Grade:
Allowing finger joint, knots and blue stain but less than 5% of surface
7. Surface finish:
1) Gesso coated+ water base primer (can be waterproof)
2) Two coats of primer would be applied equally on all edges and has a strong adhesion to the wood substrate. Sanded smoothly between coats ready for painting.
3) Environmental friendly coating and stain.
