Description:
Double ended twist locks are used to connect together the corner castings of shipping containers, they have a maximum breaking load of 500kN in tension, 420kN is shear and 2000kN in compression.
Double ended twist locks are primarily used in the shipping industry to secure shipping containers together while being transported by ship but are perfect for any other application where two shipping containers need to be connected together vertically.
