Tin Bath Bottom Brick was developed in 1986 by our company. It is molded by unique ramming process which fill domestic demand, and widely used as tin bath bottom of float glass furnace over 120 float glass production lines at home and abroad with the longest furnace life up to 15 years. This product is of good resistance against alkali corrosion, anti-flaking, good thermal shock stability, high processing precision, convenience for installation etc.
The products are packed by wooden pallets with water-proof cover, then tightened with plastic or steel bandages,or do it as your requirment.
Formed in June 1998,Shandong Zibo Shenzi Refractory Materials CO.,Ltd mainly produces bottom refractory bricks in the tin bath for glass kilns and castable materials,big clay bricks,sintered AZS bricks,zircon mullite sintered bricks,low porosity bricks,high alumina bricks,various light weight bricks,fire clay bricks,sillimanite bricks,mullite bricks,ramming materials,casting materials,silicon carbide plate and support for ceramics kilns,sillimanite plate and support for ceramics kilns,and so on.
