Fully enclosed needle bar structure could avoid dust, also avoid oil leakage, lower friction between needle bar & collar.
Enclosed feed dog rack sealing and force oil return device
Patented fully enclosed feed dog rack device, can automatically recovery the lubricating oil. Avoid feed dog dumped oiling. keep material cleaning.
Connecting bar mechanism of high-strength aluminum alloy
The specially treated aluminum-alloy connecting bar features at high strength, small weight, lower inertia.
The speed and service life are enhanced, and the noises are reduced.
External needle guage adjusting mechanism
Needle guage adjusting button is located outside of the sewing platform. only press the button and turn the hand wheel can be successfully adjust the needle guage.
One set includes machine, table & stand, clutch motor or brushless energy saving servo motor (with needle positioner).
