The snack pellet machine is one of our high-quality snacks line.
Corn starch and potato starch are the major raw materials of the processing line.
The perfomance and quality of the exrusion snack processing line have reached top class levl in this trade. From feeding materials, extruding,core filling, shaping, roasting, spraying to finished products can be done once time automatically. This processing line can produce all kinds of extrusion foodstuffs, rice bread, rolling snacks, grain gruel, nutritional flour and so on.
Structure:
This line consists of flour mixer, double-screw extruder, (core filler, multi-function shaper), large elevator, three-layer roasting oven and flavoring line.
Main features:
1. Food processing twin screw extruder machine adopts frequency speed-controlling with high automation
2. Automatic lubricating and forced cooling guarantee the extruder running safely
3. According to different material, choose the relative single or double screw feeding system, the material should be uniformity and stable
4. Screw is made by special technique and able to bear grinding, steady and reliable, longer using life
5. According to different screw design rate to full different technology request
6. Steam heating for pre-conditioning system will guarantee big capacity and high quality of extruder machine
