This process line uses potato starch, wheat flour as main material to produce various shapes twice extrusion snack. This line is of reasonable design and high automation. Main extruder adopts high and low pressure screw to be applied for different material and lower cost. Main products include screw, shell, round tube, square tube, ring, cartoon shape and sport shape ect.
Structure:
Single screw extruder consists of feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, gearing system and controlling system.

Consists of feeding system, extruding system and cutting system, adopts frequency speed-controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.
Automatic lubricating and forced cooling guarantee the extruder running safely.
According to different material, choose the relative single or double screw feeding system, the material should be uniformity and stable.
Screw is made by special technique and able to bear grinding, steady and reliable, longer using life.
According to different screw design rate to full different technology request.
