Discription:
Discharge hose is used as a flexible connector between two steel pipes. It makes the steel pipe flexible to bend and change direction with the fluctuation of waves o the movement of the ship.

Structure:
♦ Inner layer: wear-proof natural rubber and synthetic rubber
♦Reinforcement layer: high strength chemical fiber
♦Outer layer: natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
♦Smooth surface.
Features:
1. High working pressure and bursting pressure
2. With high-strength frame.
3. Good flexing properties, in working condition, the bending angle is from 0 to 45°, (Maximum is 90° in short time).
4. Outer cover with excellent anti-aging ability and corrosion resistance.
5. The suitable working temperature is from -20°C to +50°C.
6. Flange provided according to national standards, e.g. ANSI, EN, DIN, and JIS and so on.
7. The thickness of inner layer can meet the different demands of customer.
