Applicable scope:

For size 0~30mm, primary grade between 5%~20% low grade magnetite ore and powder, effectively improve grinding quality, reduce processing costs.

Technical characteristics:

1. with a small distance, multi pole magnetic system design, increase the magnetic reversal frequency, promote the discharge of miscellaneous stone.

2. The design of large angle, extend the length of the separating zone, improve the recovery rate of iron ore.

3. Table cylinder with wear resistant ceramic, hardness (HRA) is more than or equal to 85, the highest can reach more than HRA92, and has superior performance, 

     can not be replaced by other wear resistant metal materials.

Work principle and  diagram

    According to permanent magnets will attract magnetic substances, we design large area semi circular magnetic system.When materials go through the magnetic field,magnetites will be attracted by semi circular magnetic system on the cyclinder. As magnetites were taken to the non magnetic field beside the bottom, it will be free falling down under the earth's attraction. Non-magnetic minerals or low grade minerals will be discharge from tailings gateway under gravity effect.
