EVA High foaming--XPE material--EVA material( C-B-A)--AH rubber---3A rubber--simulated SBR-- RH material--Shock Absorbing foam- SBR.
Almost material above can be used in making shoes outsole, and also can be made in different size and hardness.
Different Material has its good function.
Rubber outsole:
Wear resistance and non-slip, elastic, not easy to break, good soft, ductile, shrinkage and stable, good hardness, good bending, waterproof.
EVA outsole:
Light, good elasticity, flexibility and good and hard to wrinkle, excellent color, suitable for all kinds of weather.
1. Basic features:
1) Eco-friendly,non-toxic, odourless, flexible, lightweight, antislip, soft, comfortable
2) Colorful: any pantone color is avaliable
3) Waterproof: a confined cell structure, non-absorbent, moistureproof
4) Heat preservation: excellent heat insulation, anti-cold, and insulation enduring capability
2. Special features:
1) High elasticity: add rubber or other material to improvel the elasticity
2) Shockproof: high rellience and resistance to tension, high toughness, good cushioning performance
3) Hot resistant: seawater, oil, acid and alkail durable; antibacterial, safe, odorless and non-polluting
4) Anti-static: add antistat to reach anti-static effect
5) Anti-aging: improved the content ofVA(vinyl acetate)
6) Frame resistance:some packing material need to add flame retardant to reach the effect
3. Application: widely used in shoe sole, slipper, car mat, floor, bags, toys, packing material, windsurf boards
