Like silicon nitride, zirconia ceramic bearing are also anti-magnetic, insulating, oil-free self-lubricating, corrosion resisting and high speed. They work in terrible conditions while the ordinary bearings cannot be qualified, and much cheaper than silicon nitride. They are widely used in aviation, aerospace, marine, petroleum, chemical, automotive, electronics, metallurgy, electric power, textile, medical equipment and other fields.
Rings:
The rings (the inside and outside) are made by zirconia ceramic;
Rollers:
The rollers are made by zirconia ceramic too;
Retainers:
The retainers are made by PTFE, nylon 66, polyether acid sub-ammonia, stainless steel.
