Function and characteristics:
1.The electric appliances of the whole machine adopt the product of SCHNEIDER made in FRANCE (adoption).

3.All the rollers are plated with chromium to increase their hardness.
4.Spray circulated oil lubrication.
5.Return to zero and adjust printing plate automatically.

7.The side baffle of feeder and slotter are all adjusted electrically.
8.PLC, touch screen and frequency-variable controller are adopt,accurate and reliable.
1-The die cutting roller are made of high quality alloy steel materials ,30mm thickness,balance correction ,hard-chrome plating .wallboard are made of high quality steel materials,50mmthickness made by larger processing center production.
2-.The phase of the die cutting until & the horizontal moving of the die cutting roller adopt PLC and electric 360 degree adjustment according to the error to input the adjust data,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.
3-.the rubber roller adopt mechanical control the left &right position move,the movement distance is 40 mm.
4-.the space adjustment between rubber roller and die cutting roller adopt self-locking structure,with cylinder big scope quickly adjust,decrease the rubber wear,increase the rubber life.
5-.Main Motor: frequency conversion motor ,all of electric application adopt the product of SCHNEIDER made in FRANCE
