Steel Grit G10, G12, G14, G16, G18, G25, G40, G50, G80,G120
1.Hardness: GP / GL / GH
GP: HRC46-50
Newly made products with angular, the grit are gradually rounded off in use and its particularly suited for oxide skin pretreatment.
GL: HRC56-60
Harder than GP steel grit, also loses its sharp edges during shot basting and is particularly suited to surface preparation applications.
GH: HRC63-65
High hardness, sharp edges remain during operation, mainly used for compressed air shot blasting equipment.
2.Production Strength:
Bonzer adopts Arc Furnace Smelting and Double Quenching technology, which guarantee its metal abrasives' chemical composition and high strength, high tenacity, long service life.
