Tube ice machine together with packaging machine.
Tube ice machine + storage bin with screw conveyor + cylinder sifter (screen)
1st step: Ice screw conveyor will deliver ice from outlet of ice machines to Cylinder screen.
(Wire belt + vertical elevator) in blast freezer + ice storage bin in ice packing room.
2nd step: The Cylinder screen is to separate crushed ice from good ice. Thus ensure all ice packed is beautiful ice.
3th step: The ice storage bin to store ice firstly before packing.
4th step: 4th step and 5th step is done in a cold room to ensure ice won’t melt during packing.

5th step: pack ice automatically with packing machine.
1. Standard wooden case.
2.Completely ice machine contain: ice machine, cooling tower, water pump, water pipes and water pipe fittings.
3. Machine come into use, customers only need prepare power for the machine.
