Function of Cold Room Refrigeration Compressor:
Cold Room Refrigeration Compressor are widely used in food process factory, dairy factory, pharmaceutical factory, chemical factory, fruit and vegetable warehouse, egg storage, hotel, supermarket, hospital, blood bank, troops and laboratory.
Cold Room Refrigeration Compressor Features
1). Polyurethane insulation board design , the main steel structure to faciliate consturction.
2). Portable hinged and sliding doors, and out of cold storage more convenient , easy to operate.
3). Water defrosting evaporator defrost faster , save operating cost.
4).Cold rooms door with anit-shock protection , an increase of reliability.
5). Room temperature -45 to 15 degree.
Main Components and Features of Cold Room Refrigeration Compressor:
1.Cold room refrigeration major component selects the well-known brands, which ensure the machine with reasonable configuration, steady movement, good insulation function, and low power consumption.
2. The electrical control section of the cold room is fully automatically controlled by computer, LCD inner temperature of the cold room, available machine time, defrost time, time of fan delay, alarming indicate and various technology parameter. It is easy and convenient to operate.
3. The ice room is made up of reinforced base plate, sidewall plate, end wall plate and top plate. There is a 100mm-thick insulated layer of polyurethane foam inside the plate.
4.An air cooling system is applied inside to keep the temperature at -8, an ideal temperature to keep ice dry and crispy.

Cold Room control box
Just a start press, you can control the system automatically, without man-made operation. When the room temperature cools to lower limit of the set temperature, the compressor and air cooled will stop to work automatically; when the room temperature rises to uper limit of the set temperature , the compressor and air cooled will start to work automatically.
