We offer 12 months parts warranty and require photographic proof or the item to be sent back to our workshop for assessment and review.
Our warranty does not cover the followings :
1.Intentional Misuse
2.Not following maintenances chedules and accidents out of the human control
3.Freight is at the buyers expense
4.All warranty claims will be attended promptly and in a professional manner

A…Usually we send the shipments in FOB term.However,the terms of CIF and C&F are acceptable which depend of clients.

A…Usually it takes about 20-30days after we received your down payment.However,it would depend on our production line schedule(the timing clients place order)and the complication of the item.

A…By T/T, 30% previous payment and 70% balance payment before shipping or copy of Bill.
