Features
• Tenson test bed employ a computer system.
• Automatic print out of test certificate with a diagram.
• Fully enclosed hydraulically operated auto protection cover for ultimate safety.
• The structure can be taken apart in sections for easy transport, completely modular.
• Extra control box for adjusting the piston position before testing.
• Limit switches for protecting the load cell.
• Measurement of elongation.
• The computer system based on WIN7 is installed with operator friendly software. Software is very easily operated with keyboard and mouse.
• The operator can select the different function (hold test, break test, proof test) by software.
• Testing speed and mend speed are adjustable by software.
• Testing diagram and data are displayed on the monitor in real time.
• Software will operate in English language
* Various comparison curves are available
• Load-elongation, Load-time, Stress-Elongation, Strain-time
* Multi-function selection
• Break test, Proof test, Hold test, Cycle test (not dynamic fatigue test)
• Accuracy:+/- 1% for the range 10-95% and +/- 1% for lower 10% range with secondary load cell (optional), will calibrate to ASTM E-4 or ISO 7500
• Computer, printer, color monitor and testing software is included as standard equipment.
