Dial Type Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine, 1000KN univeral tensile tester, wire rope tensile testing machine
Main functions
The testing machine is mainly used to process tensile test, compression test , bending test and shearing test of metallic material, it can also be used to process compression test and bending test of cement, concrete and other non-metallic material, with special auxiliary equipment it can also be used process mechanical property test of fastener, steel wire rope, components . The testing machine meets to ISO, ASTM and other international test standard.
Product features
This machine adopts oil cylinder underneath type structure, hydraulic load, hydraulic or manually clamping specimen.
The main machine is separated with ergo meter, connected by high-pressure oil pipe and wire, avoiding the influence of ergo meter degree when the specimen is breaking, which makes the value accurate.
Testing force indicator dial adopts closed type, which makes scale clear.
Loading speed indicator makes operation more convenient. It has three kinds speed: 0.4 rotor/min, 0.8rotor/min and 2rotor/min.
Automatic tracer is installed upright of ergo meter shell and can magnify the straining original shape by 2 or 4 times according to the requirements of test.
