3. Function and Features:
3.1. Main frame
3.1.1 It adopts most advanced and reliable floor type structure, imported Germany MOTEC full digital alternating servo motor and servo adjusting system and imported load cell. Whole digital measurement and control system can realize high precision, wide range measure and three closed loop control.
3.1.2 It adopts precision leading ball screw and reducing mechanism, transmit stable, low noise and zero clearance.
3.1.3 It has up and low limit protection, which protect the crosshead.
3.2. Measuring system
3.2.1 It adopts imported electron components, full digitalized design.
3.2.2 It conforms to PCI2.1, computer auto identification and installation.
3.2.3 Integrated double channels precision amplifier, digital zero.
3.2.4 Date acquisition system is consisting of four high precision A/D transform channels, the max. resolution can reach 1/300000, no subsection or seven subsections.
3.2.5 Three routes photoelectric encoder input, it allows orthogonal code impulse frequency can reach 5Mhz, it has error correction, count, etc functions.
3.3. Testing software
It has multi control modes, like constant force, constant displacement, constant deformation, program control, etc. It can real time display force-displacement, force-time, force-deformation, etc testing curve. It also can freely switch and compare. It can auto figure out routine date, such as tensile strength, yield strength, fracture strength, modulus of elasticity, non-proportional extend strength RP0.2, etc.
