Water Air Wind Physical Property Test of Door Window 3000*3000mm Effective Size
Main functions
CWWS-3030 series door and window physical property tester is the latest computer control door and window testing equipment.
This series machines are applicable for the physical property test of building outer windows, such as wind pressure resistance ability, air tightness and water tightness. It is an ideal testing instrument for project quality testing section, product quality testing section, university and college and research insitution.
In Testing standard, it conforms to ISO 6612, ISO 6613, GB/T7160-2008, and BS EN 1027:2000.
Product features
The fan of this machine adopts variable frequency control, and monitoring system uses embedded monitor, used unique control algorithm and enables it to be more accurate, stable, and reliable, Solenoind valve controls spray, operates conveniently. Improved pilot clamping bodies can save more time and effort.
CWWS series computer control type
Digital tube displays the pressure of wind and the air flow, LCD displays the deformation and deflection. Only to press a button to accomplish detection steps, it can operate in oder at the standard steps then finish the whole test.Monitor automatically calculates the deflection and value of P1, P2, P3, and preserve for view, and will not loss data when power off. The judgement of results completes artifically.It communites by inernet, the software can automatically finish test by " one key type", evaluate testing results and print reports, it can complete the by semi-automatically control when testing machine is offline, which is real double-control and double-display.
