Introduction
The Computerized Electro-hydraulic Compression Testing Machine 1000kN YAW-2000B is used for test the anti-pressure perforamance for cement, concrete samples( or components), it is 2 column structures, which as better rigidity, and stable working performance, it is perfect testing equipmrent for university, quality department and so on
Product features
1 The machine is 2-column structure, more thickness ball screw transmission, The machine rigidity is good, operation is stable and easy.
2 Adopt worm wheel and worm gear transmission, high precision and more stable .
3 Mechanic limit pistons protection and the oil cylinder stroke scale assures the safety of testing.
4 Setup overload protection which can stop automatically, when the load exceeds the maximum by 2-5%.
5. 500mm Compression distance between 2 plates
6. Piano type oil power supply, more conveient to put computer and cabient
7. High precision YAW electro hydraulic proportion controller
Controlling system
The machine is with digital and multi-channel loop of measuring and controlling system. It adopts force closed loop control technique and has the function of constant stress loading and load keeping. Loading speed can be arbitrarily set and the testing curves can be real time displayed.
Characteristics of software:
The software divide testing procedures as follows: tile compression resistant executive program(GB13544-2000), cement compression resistant testing program (GB-17671-1999), concrete specimen testing program (GB-T5001-2002) and mortar testing program (GB170-90).
There is no subsection in all process. (Or classify according to the requirements of customers.)
Display “testing-force-time”test curve at real time.
Complete test in batch automatically and adjust breaking of specimen.
Windows style can be controlled by human or computer. It is easy to manage and control, collect and calculate.
Record and save testing data automatically.
