The process of making polyresin items:

  1. Ready the design at any format(drawing, jpeg,pdf, refference sample,all of these is ok) with enough details such as size,color,function and packing details and so on.
  2. After we get above ready,Start to make the special sculpture by the professional sculpturer which is used to make "mother mould". We need to comfirmed the shape and other details except the color when making the sculpture before we start to make mould.
  3. Making the "mother mould"
  4. Use "mother mould" to make a product and paint it to check the shape and other details before making the "production mould".If all is ok,then next step.(the size of products made from "mother mould" will be alittle smaller than sculpture,pls note)
  5. Start making the "production mould",If all is ok,then next step.
  6. Start production according to approval sample.(pls know that products made from "production mould" will be also a little smaller then sample from the 4 step. )
  7. Packing after finished painting and assembly.
