1.Which kinds of materials can you fabricate for sheet metal parts?
In general,EbyTon can procee the following sheet metal materials:SPCC, SPHC, Aluminium plate,
SGCC,copper plate, SECC, stainless steel, round tube, square tube, rectangular tube.
2.What is the maximum thickness of part can you do?
For CNC punching:
--4mm for Aluminum
--3mm for SPCC,SPHC,SGCC,copper plate, SECC
For CNC Bending:
--0.5mm--4mm for all kinds of materials
3.What is the minimum thickness for welding?
Thickness below 0.8mm is difficult to weld.
4.What is the processing procedures for sheet metal fabrication?
EbyTon proceed one project as following seps:Drawing working out by engineer
—CNC stamping/Laser cutting—Bending—Rivet pressing—Thread tapping—CNC turning/CNC milling
—Welding—Polishing—Surface treatment—Silk printing—Inspection--Asembly
5.What kind of surface treatment are availble for sheet metals parts?
Baking finish, Powder coating, Anodizing, Electroplating(chrome plating, nickel plating, galvanized)
7.What info should be provided for a quote request?
EbyTon needs clients to provide these info for quoting:Company name,contacting person name and
contact info,3d/2d drawings,materials and surface treatment requirements.
8.How long would it take for one quotation?
EbyTon promises to quote for clients within 4-24 hours after receipt of the necessary info.
Package:
Usually customized carton box or wooden box for server network rack.
First with stretch film covered inside,then wrap with thin foam outside, then input products into the box in order ,with crate ouside.
Shipment:
1.EbyTon delivers products after getting customers' confirmation of products photos;
2.For sample and small parts,go with OFFICIAL door-to-door international express:DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,or EMS as per customers special demand.The arriving period is 2-4 days;
3.For big equipments,go by ship.Usually 40’Dry Freight Container,40' High Cube Dry Container,
40'Open Top Container or 20' General purpose .Arriving time about 20-25 days.
