Description 


As the sensor of temperature measurement, the industrial BBZ WRR-120 assembly type thermocouple sensor is usually used with display instrument, recorders and electrical controller.

Principle
Two ends of different component conductors welded to form a loop, direct temperature measuring end called measuring end, terminal end called reference end. When measuring and reference end have temperature difference, it will generate heat current in the loop, connected to the display meter, the meter will indicate temperature value corresponding to thermo emf generated by the thermocouple.

Thermal emf of thermocouple will grow as the temperature rises at measuring end, the thermal emf only relates to thermocouple conductor material and temperature difference between the two ends, and have no relation to the heated electrode length and diameter.

The basic structure of assembly-type thermocouple is mainly composed of the junction box, protection tube, insulation casing, terminals, and heated electrode with a variety of mounting fixture components.
