The pulse radar level transmitter BBZRD5X series adopts 26GHz transmission frequency, which make this series with:

1. Small beam angle enables energy centralized with high ability of anti-interference to greatly improve accuracy and reliability.

2. Small antenna size, easy to mount and easy to equip dust cover and extra antenna protection devices.

3. Small blind zone, good accuracy even for small vessels.

4. Shorter wave length so it is more suitable for small granules.

5. Equipped with advanced microprocessor and unique EchoDiscovery echo processing technology, the pulseradar level transmitter is applicable under various difficult process conditions.

6. With pulses as operating mode and extremely low emission power, so it can be mounted on various metal or nonmetal vessels and harmless towards the environment and human beings.

Measurement Principle

26 GHz Pulse radar level transmitter BBZ RDXX Series transmits extremely narrow microwave pulses from the radar antenna, spreading at the speed of light in space, contacting with measured medium surface, part of its energy which is reflected off and received by the same antenna. The time lapse between pulse emission and reception is proportional to the distance from the antenna to measured medium surface. However, due to the fact that the electromagnetic wave is transmitted at extremely high speed, which leads to the tiny time lapse (nanosecond level) and makes it difficult to be identified. BBZ RD5X series of radar level transmitter have adopted a special demodulation technology, enabling itself to detect such tiny time interval between pulse emission and reception correctly, and eventually generate accurate measurement result.
