What is the Specifications of our Road Marking Machine?

1. Product Introduction
The Ethylene copolymer(EVA) is the base functional material for thermoplastic road marking paint, and it is now one of the most common base material in the international production industry for thermoplastic road marking paint. It is formed by ethylene copolymerization with specific processing agent.		  

2. Product Performance
The ethylene copolymerization has good  softness and interference resistance, transparency and chemical stability, good product surface gloss, anti-aging and good ozone resistance strength, non-toxic, it is currently the ideal varieties of functional materials in the international thermoplastic road marking paint production industry.

The ethylene copolymerization' appearance is white granular solids, melting point is 110±5℃, density is 0.91-0.93 (g/cm3), ethylene content is 20-28%.		  

The product storage

Yes, of course. We can provide free paint samples, for the laboratory testing or actual testing, but you need to pay the postage.
If you need samples of road marking paint, please contact our sales engineer or leave a message to us, please tell us which kind of road marking paint that you need, how much do you need, and the recipient's name, address, postcode and telephone number.
Once we receive your information, we will promptly contact you to confirm the information and postage, and prepare the paint samples for you.
After receipt of postage, we will immediately send the paint samples to the address you specify by TNT, DHL, FEDEX or any other first class courier company.

3,What payment methods do you accept?

Thanks for ordering our road marking equipment & material. About the payment terms:

1. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
Total amount <=USD50,000; 30% T/T as deposit in advance, 70% T/T balance before ship out; or 100% T/T.

2. L/C (Letter of Credit)
Total amount >USD50,000; 100% L/C; or 30% T/T as deposit in advance, 70% L/C at sight.
In international trade, T/T is a normal, fast and convenient payment terms. Many of our clients prefer to use this method. And here please note that, we only accept confirmed, irrevocable sight L/C, and must open by the big international bank.

4,How do you pack and ship the road marking machine?
Small and Medium Size Machine: Plywood packing, custom fumigation free; ship by sea or air.
Big Size Road Marking Machine and Paints: Container packing, ship by sea.
