PVC balls pad printing machine
1. The Overall framework is made of High-strength square steel and plate. Parts of this printer are made of stainless steel for convenience of cleaning.
2. For the sake of beautiful appearance and room-saving, this printer is designed as a disk, with four printer units around and printing locations on it.

There is touch-induced screen control system at the front of this printer and hot-plugging ports of the small touch-induced screen control system beside each printing location, which make sure the engineers easy to install and debug the printing works. According to the needs of different works, , you can use those devices to do a best job of printing.
4. This printer has emergency security apron and power-cutting system, which comply with the standard of international industry security.

Features of main devices
1. Micro-computer and touch-induced operating system, and programmable controller.
2. Many parts of this printer are imported from the German FESTO and Japan SMC company, such as the cylinder, electromagnetic valve, the system of plastic printing pad, plate ink-covering, whirling, material-supplying manipulator and vacuum devices. Those superior parts make the printer high-quality and low-noise.
3. The core disk transmission works in the way of motor-drive and sprocket-led to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, stability and life of the printer.
4. High-speed design: the anti-skid ball guide and ball screw linear guide of the board-moving and ink-coving system ensure the high-speed and stable printing.
5. Each printing unit is equipped with lighting fixtures for convenience of debugging and color checking.
6. Disk design, explicit motor and high-quality sprocket wheel ensure a quick and stable work. The independent positioning structure and sophisticated vacuum system ensure a high-precision four-color dot printing.
7. Each special inflatable plastic pad has independent gas tank, which ensures the pressure balance and avoids the deformation of pad during printing.
8. The material-supply monitoring system can lower bad rate printing and pad loss. It will turn off the printer and warn when monitors no material on the printing locations.
9. Above the printing locations is the spraying air-drying device, which dries the products quickly.
10. The automatic manipulator 180° -rotating and compressing device makes sure the symmetry of ball printing. When one side finished, the manipulator will turn and compress the ball for the other side’s printing.
11. The printer is interchangeable. You can change the vacuum system, plastic pads and base for different sizes of ball, instead of buying a new printer.
