Production Process: every process with strictly control
Cutting: According to the design-drawings, the steel sheets(open and flat) are cut into the different sizes by the high-accuracy machines, without error and burrs
Pressing: The CNC machine tools and other machine tools work with the big-scale moulds together to realize the standard and
flowline production, which assure the production efficiency and quality
Bending: Skilled manpower and advanced facilities make sure the clear lines and perfect appearance
Welding: Locate the work pieces into the fixed mould, firmly weld with CO2 shielded welding or argon-arc welding and then conduct
slag removing and polishing.
Coating: All the sheet material parts will go through 13 treatments of water cleaning, acid-washing, phosphating etc. The importing

1. Can I have a sample of Half size small filing cabinet?
Samples are available for you. The shipment charge shuld be paid by your side, but the fee will be rebound back to you when we have formal order.
2. What is your MOQ?
50 pcs per model, while you can make mixed containers.
3. What is your shipping port?
Qingdao port.
4. What is the normal delivery time for 5 containers.
20 days. We have 3 production lines, which guarantee fast delivery.
5. How about payment terms?
T/T 30% after contract, The balance paid against by copy of B/L. L/C at sight is also availale.Other payment terms can be negotiated.
6. What is your airport?
