Description: 1. IC monitoring and interlocking on nozzle pressure,temperature and motor speed status protect the machine against misuse and ensure the quality of the final product. 2. Touch screen multi-function display unit provide clear indications on fabric speed, operating status and alarming. 3. Fully automatic temperature controller with both set point and process value indications. 4. Sealing temperature, speed and status display controlled by individual micro controllers. 5. The automatic micro back-ward system ,eliminate unsealed tape blank when stopped, makes excellent effect. 6. Pressure between upper roller and lower roller is adjustable through self-governed pressure valve. 7. Hot air from nozzle is automatic adjstable, avoids fabric burn. 8. This machine has LCD screen which can show and adjust the parameter directly. 9.Automatic PLC control, temperature pecision is ±1℃.
