Function:

The car sense will lock retractor under the following conditions:

a) the lock requirements of tilt angle:

European standard & international standard: ECE-R16 / GB14166 12 ° does not lock / 27 ° must lock

 American Standard: FMVSS209 15 ° does not lock / 45 ° must lock

b) deceleration lock requirements:

European standard & international standard: ECE-R16 0.3 g does not lock / 0.45 must lock

(Locking distance cannot more than 50mm, the rate of deceleration of 25-150g / s)

American Standard: MFVSS209 0.7 g must lock

(Locking distance cannot more than 25.4 mm, the rate of deceleration is 14g / s)

Work under the following conditions:

 European standard and GB: ECE-R16/GB14166  1.0 g does not lock   2.0 g must lock 

(Ribbon Pull out of 50mm must lock, the accelerated rate of pulling out of 25-150g / s)

Tips & Cautions from us:

     1. Always wear your seat belt when the vehicle is in operation;

     2. Adjust and wear the lap belt portion low and snug across your hips;

     3. Each belt is intended to restrain only one person at a time. Do not put two people under one belt;

     4. Never attempt to restrain a child in your lap using the 3-point retractable seat belt around both you and the child. The child could be severely injured or even killed in the event of a collision;

      5. Seat belts are matched sets. Do not mix or use this belt or parts with other types of seat belts;

      6. Belts that have been cut, frayed, damaged or stressed through impact should be replaced. After impact, the car anchorage points should also be checked;

      7. To clean use warm soapy water only. Do not use chemical cleaners, bleach or dye. Contamination with petrol, grease and acid will be detrimental;

      8. Periodic inspection of the installation will ensure reliable service of the seat belt.
