Externally mounted electric pulley drum move the motors out of the roller. In the cylinder drum, there are reduction units which could be called as reducer gear drum. The reduction roller drum is connected with the motor directly, so it is called externally mounted electric pulley drum.
Externally mounted pulley drum has the characteristic of good heat dispersion for motor, and easier to repair or replace the motor etc.
Externally electric pulley drum are suitable for some high power transmissions equipment because of its good heat dispersion ability. Because of its good heat dispersion, easy maintenance and checking, occupy reasonable space in the installing and quality materials, superior than the old type drive pulley drum.
According to the conditions of use, can meet the following requirement:
A.Assembled with a backstop device, ensure no-return rotation, prevent slipping when stopping the conveyor belt.
B.Roller is convered with layer of herringbone, diamond and other decorative pattern , in order to improve the capacity of the traction belt.
Working conditions:
1. The working temperature is from -15 ℃ to 40 ℃;
2. The height is not more than 1000 meters above sea level,
3. The temperature of the conveying material should be less than 60 ℃;
4. Voltage 380 v, frequency 50 hz.
