This type pulley drum is the general drive device for DT, DT Ⅱ fixed belt conveyor, its internal structure is fixed axis double gear transmission, widely used. Compared with the speed reducer, it has neat appearance, high efficiency. It could work under the dust, wet muddy conditions. According to the requirement of customer, it can be made into three reduction transmission (0.08-0.63 m/s of low speed).
According to the conditions of application, can meet the following requirement:
A.Assembled with a backstop device, ensure no-return rotation, prevent slipping when stopping the conveyor belt.
B.Roller is convered with layer of herringbone, diamond and other decorative pattern , in order to improve the capacity of the traction belt.
Working conditions:
1. The working temperature is from -15 ℃ to 40 ℃;
2. The height is not more than 1000 meters above sea level,
3. The temperature of the conveying material should be less than 60 ℃;
4. Voltage 380 v, frequency 50 hz.
