Technical Features
1, Cylindrical helical gears andspiralbevel gearare made of low carbon steel, refined texture enhances the resilience of the gear blank. In order to increase the abrasive resistanceof the gear , tooth surface adopt the carburizing and quenching techniques to achieve high hardness,
2, Medium carbon steel made vertical axis, gear shaft and countershaft are processed by annealing, normalizing, hardening and tempering to enhance the tenacity and intensity of the workpiece, all workpieces are grinded to promote the precision. The assembled shaft and gear have the balancing test , the speed is 4550 r / min, the balancing precision grade is G1.
3, Box is mold by ductile iron and use the aging heat treatment to insure the stability. The bearing location between box and its cover is the key to ensure the total accuracy.
4, The other parts of cone box are mold by carbon steel. thermal refining process make sure the intensity of bevel gearbox. When the produce finished, Corrosion treatment is needed to increase the lifetime of workpiece.

-- Product specifications: Ø8-Ø32mm, 12000mm length rebar
-- Roughing rolling mill stands: Ø550 x6 short stressed rolling mill in Horizontal/vertical arrangement. 6 stands.
-- Intermediate rolling mill stands: Ø420 x6 short stressed rolling mill in Horizontal/vertical arrangement. 6 stands.
-- Finishing rolling mill stands: Ø320 x6 short stressed rolling mill in Horizontal/vertical arrangement. 6 stands. 3 of the rolling mill stands are horizontal/vertical interchangeable rolling mill stands.
-- Rolling speed: 12-18meters/second

Material: carbon steel, structure steel, low alloy steel
Product specification: bar/rebar/wire rod Ø 6 to Ø 32 mm
2. Raw material
The production line is supposed to use continuous casting billet with size of 150*150*12000mm The allowable tolerance for section dimension of billet should be in accordance with the regulation of YB-2011-83.
3. Process layout
Roughing mill stands Ø550 X 6 (H/V) No.1 to No.6 mill stands -- Intermediate mill stands Ø420 X 6 (H/V) No.7 to No. 12 mill stands -- Finishing mill stands Ø320 X 6 (H/V) No.13 to No.18 mill stands, all mill stands driven by DC motor and continuous rolling method applied. Rolling mill No.14, 16 and 18 are Ø320 H/V interchangeable rolling mill stands
