1-Polypropylene fiber is a kind of monofilament and high strength compound fiber, which is produced by special craft processing using 100% polypropylene as raw material.

3-The fiber itself is very fine, short length, and adding quantity is little, so it is easy to mix uniformly.

4-The common length of fibers can be produced between 6-20mm as requested according to different applications, but now the 6-9mm length product is more used widely, due to the shorter length fiber has better dispersion ability, which can achieve better effect.

1-Mixing mode and order is the same as the traditional concrete or cement mortar.

2-When mixing in mixing cars, it is recommended to mix 1 to 2 minutes using ordinary speed. For pre mixing, mixing time should be increased 15 to 30 seconds to make the fiber distribution more uniformly.

3-For used in normal concrete construction project, the recommended dosage is 0.5-0.8 ‰. For other particular applications, it is better to do matching test first.
