2,PLC is equipped for conveyor system. Servo motor drives materials to come in from one side of the machine; after being cut the materials are delivered from the other side for an accurate material conveying action and a smooth operation. Conveyor length can be easily adjusted by the touch screen.
3,The main machine applies 4-colum direction guiding, double-crank balancing, 4-colum fine-turning gear, and hydraulic system control to guarantee die-cutting speed and precision of the machine. Each sliding linkage site has central oil-supply automatic lubricating device to reduce the abrasion.
4,All input and output actions for materials are done on the conveyor belt. Besides, die-cutting is also automatically finished on the conveyor belt.
5,Photoelectricity and pneumatic correcting device is used to guarantee accurate move sites of conveyor belt.
6,There are safety screen at material feeding and outlet sites of the cutting area to guarantee operator’s safety.
7,Air clamper is equipped for fixing blade mould for an easy and quick mould changing.
