3,The entering mode of heat
With the heat exchanger that can absorb the heat into the dryer layers, Grains are dried by indirect heating mode ,a mode that brings no harm or bad influence to the grains.
In order to ensure the temperatures of the each hot wind gap of the united machines and the grains, automatically temperature controller are installed in every tuyere to ensure the drying effect.
4,Friend adopts the indirectly hot air to dry the grains. The clean hot air neither affects the grain quality nor pollutes the environment.
5, Main technical parameters
1)If the reduced moisture is 3%, the each processing batch takes around 5 to 7 hours.So the day processing capacity of one 10ton dryer can be at least 20 tons.The computer can adjust the drying status and work normal. According to the inputting grain quantity which ranges from the minimum 2 ton to the maximum 10 ton.
2)Percent of moisture removed can be controlled automatically by the computer to meet the customers’ demand.
3)The added broken rate after drying is lower than 0.8%.
The undamaged design of the grain conveying system ensures the broken ratio lowers than the national standard. At the same time, the low drying temperature will not cause the grain breaking due to the high temperature.
4).The crackle ration added value after drying is lower then 4.0%.The low drying temperature and constant drying speed, companied by the hot air temperature sensor and grain temperature sensor provide moderate drying procedure and prevent the crackle.
5)The moisture unevenness of the grains that come out of the machine after being dried is lower than 1% .By distributor that can disperse the grains mandatory and the four inner discharging valves which control the quantity of circulating grains, each unit of grain can experience the same temperature and same moisture. After being dried evenly, the grains have the best quality.
6)The temperature of the grains that come out of the dryer should not higher than the environmental temperature plus 6 degree when the environmental temperature is above Zero degree; The grain temperature should not higher than 6 degrees when the environmental temperature is not higher than zero degrees.
7)The color of grains before and after drying does not change. Low temperate drying does not affect the activity, quality, color and flavor of the grains.
8)The dryer has tempering bin, drying bin. The computer can automatically control the drying time and tempering time according to the grain volume .The ratio of tempering time and drying time is always 5:1.
9)The hot air temperature is not higher than 80°C and the highest inside temperature of the machine is not higher than 65°C.The hot wind temperature sensor and grain temperature sensor can make sure the two temperatures not exceed the restricted temperatures.
10)The dryer is equipped with: full volume alarm,overload protective device, wind pressure detector , temperature sensor, control fuse.
11)The controlling and monitoring devices are connected to the computer. During the drying process all the data will be transfer into the control center continuously to dominate the drying status. When trouble is detected or the drying requirement is reached, the computer will stop the machine automatically and display character signal on screen to warn operating staff.
12)The dryer is equipped with knob setting and touch screen computer which can show the hot wind temperature , grain temperature, moisture, grain volume, the temperature compensation , time and other data. Computer is the key part of Friend dryers. All the data and drying status are shown on line and also recorded automatically.
13)The protective level of Friend dryer and the electric controller can reach IP55.
