l Profile:
Coreless brushless motors are permanent magnet, servo micro DC motor. They have outstanding characteristics at energy-saving, sensitive and convenient control, stable operating, as a device of high-efficiency energy conversion device, represents the direction of the motor development. Coreless brushless motors break through the structure of the traditional motor rotor. Coreless motor has a very prominent characteristic at economizing on energy, control and drag.
l Key Features:
1, energy-saving features: high energy conversion efficiency, the maximum efficiency is generally above 70%, some products can reach more than 90%.
2, the control features: starting, rapid braking, fast response, the mechanical time constant is less than 28 MS, some products can be up to 10 MS (IRON core motor is generally more than 100MS);In the recommended operating area and under high speed running state , it can be sensitive and easily to finish speed adjustment.
3 drag characteristics: the operation is highly reliable and stable, speed fluctuation is small, and the speed fluctuation can be easily controlled within 2%.
In addition, coreless energy density of brushless motor is greatly improved, its weight and volume can be reduced 1/3-1/2 compared with the same motor with iron core.
