What certifications we have about our video door bell with camera?
Common problems and treatment methods:
Question1, The screen appears "camera connection failed" or "Sensor Fail"
Solution: Check the cable connector between the indoor unit and outdoor unit loose or not, check the cable damaged or not. If the connector is loosing, it will be ok to lock it. If the cable is damaged, please contact the seller to repair.
Question 2, The screen appears "no memory card" or "no micro sd card ", no photo or video to take when pressing bell button.
Solution: Turn off the unit, insert the SD card, then, turn on the unit.
Question 3: Picture on the screen of death, the picture can’t be updated.
Solution: The problem is usually because the cable connector loose and shake. Shut down and re-fastening the cable, then turn on the unit again. If the unit can not shut down properly, reboot through cutting power off.
Question 4: Press the doorbell, but no ring
Solution: Check the menu settings "Do Not Disturb" is enabled. "Do Not Disturb" is set to "OFF", ringer is turned off. When set to "ON", ringtones can play normally.
